Ingredients
- 1 cup whole plain yogurt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 lemon freshly squeezed
- 2 roasted chicken breasts coarsely diced
- 1 cup red cabbage shredded
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup celery finely diced
- 1/2 cup cashews roasted
- 3 peeled sections citrus orange, tangerine, tangelo, mandarin etc
- coarse salt
- 2 pitas halved

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, curry powder and the lemon juice.
- Mix in the chicken, cabbage, green onions, celery and cashews. -
- Add the citrus sections and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve in pitas
